Gil is the founder and the head of Gil Mizrahi & Co.

Gil is an experienced tax lawyer specializing in tax consulting on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including M&A transactions, investments, joint ventures, investment funds of all kinds, corporate restructuring, public offerings and financing. Gil advised both companies, and their shareholders, in some of the largest M&A transactions and public offerings in the Israeli technology sector in the recent years.

Gil also has extensive experience in tax consulting and tax planning for high net-worth individuals including in connection with trusts, migration and immigration planning cross-border issues. In addition, Gil has unique expertise in advising clients on legal issues and tax aspects relating to equity-based compensation to executives and employees.

Gil obtained numerous pre-rulings including precedents and land-mark rulings from the Israeli income tax and VAT authorities and successfully handled many complex controversies between the tax authorities and taxpayers.

Gil is ranked by the international rating Chambers & Partners as one of Israel’s leading tax attorneys.

Gil is a member of the Tax Committee of the Israeli Bar.
